Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Anahatam, every crystal is selected with care and intention. As these are personal wellness products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an item has been worn, handled or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we require:

A clear uninterrupted package opening video starting from the sealed parcel, showing all contents.
Photographs of the damaged item (if applicable).

Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims made without an opening video or after the 24-hour period.
